QUIET NORTH CAMPUS - TUCKED JUST BLOCKS FROM OSU/HIGH ST

 We loved our years in their home on North Campus!  It was so quiet and lovely and they always took care of anything we needed right away...and taught us things about home maintenance along the way!  They were great landlords -- extra careful about safety and outside lighting which our parents really appreciated and so did we.  We also appreciated how up front they were about "no parties" as we were serious students in challenging programs and wanted a nice, quiet place to live.  And that was especially important in a duplex to make sure the other side was equally respectful/conscientious which they were.  We all really miss our time chilling or studying on that front porch.  

 They are very efficient, responsive and helpful whenever we needed them. In addition to their high quality as a landlord, they are also very friendly and made us feel at home immediately when we came to Columbus from out of state.

 After I matched at OSU, I came to Columbus to look for a place to live. I was so lucky to find a place of theirs! Not only was it a great place to live but they were also perfect landlords, with a wealth of information about the various communities. They were always there to fix anything or when we had questions about the city. We stayed in touch after we moved out-of-state and they were the first call we made when we learned we were returning to OSU.  They remain great friends 15 years later. 

Over the past 4 years, they have been wonderful landlords and always respond to all house issues in a timely and efficient manner. They are respectful, approachable and fair...and so knowledgeable and helpful when new to the city and coming from out-of-state.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality place to rent.  I thoroughly enjoyed my two years in my home and if I didn't buy last summer, I would have continued to rent from them forever...No exaggeration!  Always very helpful and responsive to any maintenance issue as well as just so thoughtful in sharing valuable local information and contacts before I moved to help ease my transition to a new city.
